Interactive, case-based sessions will stimulate dialogue between speakers and attendees, encouraging meaningful exchanges of ideas.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Recognize the normal and abnormal angioarchitecture of the CNS arterial system and its variations.
  2. Identify the role that the CNS arteries have in different vascular conditions/abnormalities such as dural arteriovenous fistulae (dAVFs), epistaxis and meningeomas
  3. Assess potential indications, risks and complications of novel endovascular treatment routes.
  4. Discuss the indications, technical considerations and potential complications of using new devices in interventional neuroradiology.
  5. Discuss and review recent and new clinical studies regarding stroke treatment.
  6. Apply knowledge of new imaging and endovascular techniques and devices for management of various neurological diseases.
  7. Recognize the clinical manifestations, imaging features and treatment challenges of unusual or controversial neurovascular diseases, for example intracranial atherosclerosis.
  8. Discuss recent advances and studies in treatment of neurovascular diseases
  9. Examine and choose treatment strategies for patients with stroke.
  10. Assess risk management when obtaining clinical consent for neurovascular procedures

Registration
