Join us for the Cardiovascular Disease: State of the Art 2025 conference, where leading experts will discuss the latest advancements, treatment strategies, and emerging research in cardiovascular care. This event will provide valuable insights into current practices and future trends in managing cardiovascular diseases.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Attendees will be able to properly diagnose and treat congestive heart failure (both systolic and diastolic), and also to assess for Amyloidosis and arrhythmia induced cardiomyopathy
  2. Attendees will be able to differentiate the subtleties of new therapies for heart failure, and understand which patients will benefit from new treatments, including advanced heart failure therapies.
  3. Attendees will compare the most contemporary treatment approaches of both acute and chronic coronary artery disease syndromes.
  4. Attendees will recognize which patients will benefit from an invasive vs. conservative strategy for their coronary syndrome.
  5. Attendees will assess the subtle issues and nuances of identifying and treating Type 2 MI.
  6. Attendees will recognize how to diagnose and manage patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and how to identify which patients should be referred for therapies.
  7. Attendees will recognize how to identify various anticoagulation pitfalls and clinical conundrums.
  8. Attendees will recognize the most suitable strategy for managing patients with atrial fibrillation, and appreciate which patients should be referred for arrhythmia procedures and for left atrial appendage occlusion procedures.
  9. Attendees will recognize the most suitable strategy for managing patients with important valvular heart disease, and appreciate which patients should be referred for corrective trans catheter valve procedures.
  10. Attendees will be able to identify and incorporate the newest recommendations and guidelines regarding state of the art preventive cardiology, hypertension, and lipid management.
  11. Attendees will be able to differentiate the subtleties of new medical therapies for weight loss, and understand which patients will benefit from these treatments.
  12. Attendees will be able to properly diagnose and treat patients with chemotherapy induced cardiotoxicity, and understand its prevention.
  13. Attendees will be able to apply practical concepts to the treatment of actual patients, using multiple interactive case panel discussions of common clinical scenarios.

AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™

American Association of Nurse Practitioners® (AANP)

This educational activity will be submitted to the American Association of Nurse Practitioners® for approval of up to 15.50 contact hours of accredited education.
