Interprofessional Simulation in the Trauma Bay - Eric Mahoney, MD

1. Demonstrate effective closed-loop communication, cooperation and clear task delineation while implementing new trauma resuscitation protocol
2. Describe and perform designated roles in the novel trauma resuscitation protocol
3. Debrief at the end of each scenario to discuss process improvement opportunities within the team
